I purchased these lovely earrings to go with my pea pod necklace, which is one of my favourite pieces. These little button earrings are perfect. The little curling fronds frame and set off the pearls. To a casual glance, they look like an art nouveau ornament. To anyone who looks closer and recognises the shape of the tendrils, they're a charming trompe l'oeil note of whimsy on an otherwise classic, conservative button earring.
Absolutely beautiful necklace but sadly it marked the first time I wore it.. followed cleaning instructions but to no avail.
